The TapouT Corporation has teamed up with custom bike builder, AKA Custom Cycles. The Tucson, Arizona based builder is constructing a tribute bike for Charles “Mask” Lewis Jr., co-founder of TapouT Corporation. Charles was killed by a drunk driver on March 11th 2009. The bike is being raffled off and proceeds will be donated to the Make-A-Wish and TPOA Children’s Charitable Foundations.

Jason and Meredith Peterson, Owners of AKA Custom Cycles chose the 2009 Suzuki Hayabusa as the project bike. The crew at AKA Custom Cycles will outfit the ‘Busa with numerous aftermarket and custom fabricated parts to set it apart from the average bikes you see rolling down the street. As far as the paintwork, Jason knew there was no one else to even consider. Fred Sicoli of Killer Kreations Inc. was contacted and the concept began to come alive.

The tribute bike was fittingly named, “Believe” after Mask’s personal moto, “Simply Believe”. “Believe” will be unveiled November 3rd, at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Nevada with the TapouT Crew, AKA Custom Cycles and Killer Kreations Inc. in attendance. “Believe” will be on display at the DUB Magazine booth.

Come by, talk to the builders and meet everyone responsible for making this tribute possible. You never know…you may even win this work of art for a $10 donation that will go to help underprivileged children and children with life threatening medical conditions. Don’t miss your chance to make a difference, all you have to do is "Simply Believe".
